Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC seeks an experienced Manager, Marketing Content Strategy for CGT to lead global content strategy and scientific communications. You will translate complex CGT concepts into clear messaging for diverse audiences and support campaigns, conferences, and customer education.

You will collaborate across Product Management, Commercial, Marketing, R&D, and Regulatory to ensure accurate, brand-aligned content that drives adoption and market growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, Business, or related field required.
• 8+ years in content marketing, product marketing, or scientific communications in life sciences or biotech.
• Ability to translate complex scientific information into credible content for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience creating content for omnichannel campaigns, conferences, and customer communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead global and regional content strategies aligned with CGT priorities and market needs.
• Define messaging frameworks and content plans supporting campaigns, conferences, and launches.
• Coordinate with Product Management, Regulatory, Legal, and other stakeholders for compliant content.
• Develop sales enablement materials and customer-facing tools to drive adoption and education.
• Establish metrics to evaluate content effectiveness and guide future investments.
