Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC is seeking a Manager, Marketing Content Strategy for Cell & Gene Therapy Technologies (CGT). You will own global content strategies, translate complex science into credible messaging, and lead cross-functional initiatives across campaigns, conferences, and customer communications.

The role partners with Product Management, Commercial, Marketing, R&D, and Legal teams to ensure content accuracy, brand alignment, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in content marketing, product marketing, scientific communications, downstream marketing, or related commercial communications within life sciences, biotechnology, medical technology, or biopharmaceutical industries.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex scientific, technical, product, and workflow information into clear, credible content for technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Experience developing content for omnichannel campaigns, conferences, customer communications, sales-enablement materials, and digital channels.
• Knowledge of cell and gene therapy, bioprocessing, advanced therapies, or related markets preferred.
• Experience coordinating content review with scientific, Regulatory, Legal, Quality, and Corporate Communications stakeholders.
• Ability to travel up to 15%, including internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead global and regional content strategy and development for CGT initiatives across campaigns, conferences, and sales enablement.
• Define sales-enablement frameworks, presentations, and customer-facing tools to support adoption objectives.
• Own messaging and content strategy for priority industry events and post-event communications.
• Establish feedback mechanisms with regional and field teams to improve content relevance and depth.
