Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC is seeking a Manager, Marketing Content Strategy for Cell & Gene Therapy Technologies (CGT). You will own global content strategies, translate complex science into credible messaging, and lead cross-functional initiatives across regions and campaigns.

The role reports to the Director, Global CGT Marketing & Strategy. It may be remote within the United States and involves collaboration with Product Management, Commercial, R&D, Regulatory, Legal, and Quality teams.

Qualifications

• Translate complex scientific, technical, product, and workflow information into clear, credible content for technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Develop content for omnichannel campaigns, conferences, customer communications, sales-enablement materials, and digital channels.
• Coordinate content review with scientific, Regulatory, Legal, Quality, and Corporate Communications stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute global content strategies aligned with CGT priorities, upstream marketing strategy, portfolio positioning, and customer needs.
• Lead content strategy for complex global campaigns, conferences, product initiatives, and customer-engagement programs.
• Define and guide the development of sales-enablement frameworks, presentations, technical materials, and customer-facing tools.
• Provide content strategy direction for key engagements with external partners and internal teams to ensure credible, differentiated communications.
• Establish and govern content plans, editorial calendars, asset priorities, and approval workflows.
