Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC is seeking a Manager of Marketing Content Strategy for CGT to lead global content strategies and cross-functional execution. You will translate complex CGT science into clear, credible messaging, guiding internal teams and external partners across campaigns, conferences, sales enablement, and thought leadership.

Travel up to 15% may be required. The role reports to the Director of Global CGT Marketing & Strategy and collaborates with Product, Marketing, R&D, Regulatory,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in content marketing, product marketing, scientific communications, or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex scientific and technical information into clear content.
• Experience developing content for omnichannel campaigns, conferences, customer communications, and digital channels.
• Knowledge of cell and gene therapy or related markets preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute global content strategies aligned with CGT priorities.
• Translate complex scientific, technical, and workflow information into audience-appropriate content.
• Provide strategic direction to internal SMEs, agencies, and external collaborators.
• Establish global content plans, editorial calendars, asset priorities, and approvals.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across multiple technologies, regions, and audiences.
