ICP Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a Team Manager Lead to run daily operations for our content operations team, with a focus on training, reporting, and cross-hub collaboration.

You will oversee a geographically diverse team, including brand asset managers, and report to the Global Operations Manager (London) and Project Lead (Mumbai). The role requires strategic thinking, strong communication, and a passion for process optimization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading client-facing agency or consulting teams.
• Strong attention to detail and basic project management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to coordinate global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day team operations, including training, inbox management, content ingestion, and documentation across three workflows.
• Mentor and manage a team of 10 in Atlanta and Mexico, ensuring task support and timely trainings.
• Foster a productive, positive work environment with clear goals and cross-hub collaboration.
• Coordinate with London and India Hub Leads to align daily operations and SLA adherence.
• Own globally visible reports and ensure timely data inputs from the team.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes and streamline workflows.
