Job summary

ICP is a global leader in content operations with offices in Atlanta, London, Mexico City, Mumbai, and Shanghai. We are seeking a Manager, NA Regional Lead & Account Operations to lead day-to-day delivery, governance, and continuous improvement for the North America region, ensuring DAM assets meet global standards and SLAs.

You will collaborate with the Global Operations Director to drive platform adoption, reporting, and governance while managing cross-functional teams and client relationships

Qualifications

• Experience in Operations or Project Management, marketing operations and technology, digital commerce and/or creative technologies, minimum 5 years in client-facing agency or consulting roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day North America Region operations ensuring assets and content meet global standards and SLAs.
• Oversee DAM workflows, processes and system usage for seamless content creation to delivery.
• Establish and maintain content governance, quality, compliance and system-use standards.
• Conduct QA and checks to ensure workflow alignment and content accuracy.
• Partner with creative operations, agencies, and cross-functional teams to coordinate delivery and resolve issues.
• Identify bottlenecks, risks and SLA impacts to support right-first-time delivery.
• Support complex campaigns requiring DAM and operational oversight.
• Provide guidance and best practices to teams and end users on DAM processes.
