Job summary

ICP is seeking a Team Manager Lead to establish structure and drive operational efficiency in our digital asset management operations. You will oversee a dynamic team across three workflows, coordinate data and reporting, and liaison with global hubs to ensure standardized processes.

You will lead a team of 10 in Atlanta and Mexico, ensuring training, motivation, and alignment with company goals while fostering collaboration across London and Mumbai.

Qualifications

• Must have strong team leading experience.
• Must be detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Experience in a client-facing agency or consulting environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day team operations, including training, inbox management, content ingestion, and documentation across three workflows.
• Oversee a team of 10 in Atlanta and Mexico, ensuring support and timely trainings.
• Foster a productive, inclusive environment and align team with organizational goals.
• Drive cross-hub collaboration and effective task distribution across London and India hubs.
• Maintain globally visible reports and ensure timely, accurate data inputs from the team.
• Communicate wins, opportunities, and risks to the client as needed.
