Job summary

Kyndryl seeks a Director, Consult Growth & Enablement to co-design and execute a progressive enablement strategy for the global KCP community, partnering with GTM priorities and sales execution. You will lead cross-functional initiatives across a matrixed global landscape, turning enablement into measurable commercial value.

As a senior leader, you will drive AI-enabled coaching and knowledge platforms, define governance, and align learning paths with annual signings targets while collaborating

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in business strategy consulting or a related field.
• Direct experience leading or designing sales enablement, deal coaching, or go-to-market programs within a consulting or professional services organization.
• Experience building business cases, roadmaps, and adoption plans for modern enablement platforms, AI assistants, or digital learning tools.
• Background in business analytics, with proven ability to link enablement initiatives to commercial KPIs such as pipeline velocity, win rates, and consultant productivity.
• Skilled in gathering and synthesizing data, conducting market research, and developing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Deep understanding of business operations, industry dynamics, and market trends.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and guide matrixed teams without direct line authority.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with extensive experience delivering presentations, leading workshops, and preparing executive briefings.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or a related field of study, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the global enablement strategy aligned to Consult Growth priorities.
• Design AI-enabled learning programs and roadmaps with executive sponsorship.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with leaders, account teams, and subject matter experts to turn enablement into measurable value.
• Translate strategy into milestone-driven program plans with governance, metrics, and risk tracking.
• Measure success metrics such as time-to-competency, tool adoption, practitioner engagement, and pipeline productivity.
