Job summary

The Chemours Company is seeking a Construction Manager to lead large, complex capital projects across sites globally. You will own safety, cost, productivity, schedule, and quality, serving as the Owner’s Representative with a team of construction professionals.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in industrial construction management, knowledge of capital project processes, and the ability to travel up to 50% to project locations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction management experience on industrial construction projects.
• Broad knowledge of capital project and support processes; experience in one craft area (Civil/Structural, Process/Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation & Controls).
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to project locations (nationally or internationally).

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and technical input during Front End Loading and Detailed Design.
• Lead constructability analyses and optimize construction methods.
• Oversee site safety and quality plans, and manage on-site CM resources.
• Coordinate scheduling, budgeting, and contractor qualification and performance.
