Job summary

The Chemours Company seeks a Construction Manager to lead large, industrial capital projects across sites worldwide, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery. You will act as Owner's Representative, directing planning, staffing and contractor coordination with a focus on schedule, cost control and risk mitigation.

Reporting to the Construction Engineering Manager, you will contribute technical expertise in Civil/Structural, Instrumentation & Controls, Electrical or Piping/Mechanical, while

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction management experience on industrial construction projects.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to project locations nationally.
• Broad knowledge of capital project and support processes, with discipline expertise.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic safety plan development and management for capital projects.
• Lead construction planning, scheduling, and budget validation across projects.
• Identify and onboard on-site CM resources and coordinate contractors.
• Support commissioning, start-up activities, and handover to operations.
