Job summary

Intel Corporation seeks a Construction Central Document Control Manager to modernize document control across FCS projects and sites, owning the global strategy, standards and PFI governance. The role partners with project controls, design, sourcing and CW workgroups to drive efficiency and compliance.

You will manage access governance, ensure retrievability of records, and align with Intel Records Retention Policy while enabling AI-enabled improvements across BIM360 and related platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a construction, information management or related field and 4+ years’ experience in document control or records management.
• Experience driving standardization, automation and AI-enabled improvements within enterprise projects.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Owns and governs the centralized enterprise document control framework for all FCS construction projects.
• Executes updated global document control and records management strategy with automation and PFI modernization.
• Enforces standards and controls to ensure consistent project documentation across sites.
• Protects intellectual property and supports audit, legal, and contractual requirements.
• Defines and governs the standard Project File Index (PFI) and oversees deployment within project platforms.
