Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Document Controls Manager to lead governance and documentation across hyperscale data center projects in North America.

You will develop, implement, and manage document control systems, ensure audit-ready records, and coordinate with Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Owner teams. Successful candidates bring 7+ years of experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and proven leadership in document control,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related discipline.
• 7+ years of document control or information management experience.
• Experience supporting large-scale construction projects.
• Knowledge of RFIs, submittals, transmittals, turnover docs.
• Proficiency with document control platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead document control activities across all project phases.
• Develop and implement document management procedures and governance.
• Manage document control systems for engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Ensure documents are current, accurate, and auditable.
• Train staff and drive process improvements.
