Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking a Global Document Control & PMIS Governance Lead to standardize and govern enterprise document control practices across construction programs. You will drive adoption, define naming conventions and templates, and align PMIS workflows with governance standards.

You will serve as the SME for Procore, SharePoint and ACC, provide hands-on support during critical phases, and lead training initiatives to ensure consistent global usage. This role is based in Boise, Idaho.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of construction experience with emphasis on document control and PMIS platforms.
• Experience establishing or supporting enterprise document control standards across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern enterprise-wide document control standards, policies and lifecycle processes.
• Drive adoption of standardized practices across global site teams and contractors.
• Serve as SME for document control within PMIS platforms (Procore, SharePoint, ACC).
• Develop training programs and onboarding materials to ensure global system usage.
