Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Document Controls Manager to lead development, implementation, and management of document control systems for hyperscale data center projects across North America. You will oversee engineering deliverables, procurement records, quality documentation, and turnover packages, coordinating with PM, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction teams.

You will drive governance, audit-ready records, and robust reporting while mentoring document control

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of document control, information management, or project controls experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead document control activities throughout all project phases.
• Develop and implement document management procedures, workflows, and information governance practices.
• Manage document control systems supporting EPC, construction, commissioning, and turnover.
