Job summary

McGough Construction CO, LLC seeks a Documents Controls Manager for industrial projects. You will oversee document control activities across large-scale programs, ensuring accuracy, auditable trails, and timely delivery to support project execution.

The role combines hands-on leadership with strategic governance, including standardization of naming, metadata, and lifecycle practices, while mentoring teams and driving digital delivery initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information management, Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or 7+ years of related industry experience.
• 7+ years of document control experience on large industrial or EPC projects.
• Experience working directly in project execution environments.
• Knowledge of construction processes, sequencing, and project delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead document control operations across multiple projects with consistency, quality, and compliance.
• Develop, implement, and improve document control standards and governance.
• Establish standardized numbering, metadata, and naming conventions; manage lifecycle processes.
