Job summary

ABB is seeking a senior Connected Care leader within its Robotics business to define and drive industry-specific software and services for targeted applications such as data centers, logistics, and life sciences.

The role bridges Connected Care and ABB Robotics teams, ensuring the portfolio delivers differentiated value and accelerates customer outcomes through AI-enabled software and services. Travel is required, with hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, Product Management or related field.
Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical background.
Strong English communication and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel ~20–30%.
Knowledge of digital, AI and software a plus.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the Connected Care strategy for targeted industrial applications.
Create industry-specific solutions by combining software, digital products and services.
Serve as the primary Connected Care interface for industry segment leaders and application teams globally.
Identify challenges and translate them into portfolio requirements and roadmaps.
Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, Service, Sales and Industry teams to ensure adoption and impact.
Develop business cases and investment priorities for industry-specific solutions.
