Job summary

ODDITY is seeking a motivated Product Development Junior Manager to help bring Brand 4 to life in the beauty and wellness category. The role blends in-office work with on-site lab work, with international travel up to 50% during active shade development projects.

You will lead shade development, manage supplier relationships, and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute product initiatives. A 1–3 year track record in fast-paced roles and strong organizational skills are essential.

• 1-3 years of professional experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment requiring project or product management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end shade development and approval for complexion products; develop intuition for shade match quality.
• Own relationships with complexion product suppliers to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Manage operational processes around shade approvals including modeling agencies, makeup artists, and suppliers.
• Provide status updates to senior Brand 4 leadership; escalate issues as needed.
• Mentor and manage junior team members supporting shade development and approvals.
• Collaborate with product development, marketing, and technology to support initiatives.
• Be prepared to jump in wherever priorities shift.
