ODDITY in New York City is seeking a Product Development Junior Manager to join the Brand 4 team. You will support quality assurance and quality control across our in-house beauty and wellness portfolio, ensuring that every product meets high standards for quality, consistency, functionality, and consumer experience.

The role blends office work with hands-on testing at manufacturing and lab partners, with up to 20% international travel during peak production.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of product development/QA experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Support quality assurance and control across the Brand 4 portfolio from development through mass production.
• Evaluate formulas, components, packaging, and finished goods against specs.
• Inspect production samples for appearance, color, texture, odor, and function.
• Collaborate to define product specs, standards, testing, and approval criteria.
• Own the quality review process, including sample tracking and issue logs.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, labs, and partners to fix quality issues.
• Monitor testing such as stability, microbiological, safety, and performance.
• Maintain organized quality documentation and communicate decisions clearly.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on quality and readiness.
