Job summary

Soleil Collective, a dynamic beauty portfolio backed by Gauge Capital, is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to drive product development across Loving Tan, Coco & Eve, and Saltyface. You will own timelines, coordinate suppliers, and ensure cross-functional alignment from concept through launch readiness.

Reporting to the Head of Product Development, you’ll manage Asana boards, track milestones, and escalate risks while collaborating with Compliance, Packaging & Design, Operations, and

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or related fields.
• Proficiency with Asana, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and manage detailed project timelines across product development projects from approved concept through to production and launch readiness
• Coordinate day-to-day project execution and follow-up across internal teams and external partners
• Track progress against agreed timelines and proactively identify risks, delays, or dependencies
• Escalate risks, delays, and decisions required to the Head of Product Development, supporting mitigation actions
• Own and maintain project management tools, including Asana boards, development trackers, and project documentation
