ODDITY in NYC seeks a quality-obsessed team member to join Product Development – Quality Control and safeguard the quality of our beauty launches and bestsellers.

You’ll lead testing plans, oversee production batches with suppliers, and drive continuous improvement across R&D, manufacturing, and packaging. This hands-on role offers exposure to the full product life cycle and opportunities to support global registrations and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a relevant industry.
• Willingness to travel frequently and provide decisive guidance in dynamic production environments.
• Curious self-starter with proactive problem solving and bias toward getting things done.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical background with ability to build dashboards and analyze data.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with deadline pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Bachelor’s Degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead New Product Development Quality Testing: Develop and execute testing plans for new launches, coordinate lab testing, and ensure performance, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Production Oversight: Evaluate and approve production batches with suppliers and labs.
• On-Site Support & Supplier Qualification: Represent on-site at manufacturing facilities to oversee evaluations, line trials, production runs, and audits; develop SOPs and quality standards.
• Special Projects: Lead quality initiatives for reformulations with testing plans and consumer testing.
• Risk Management & Continuous Improvement: Identify risks and drive corrective actions with manufacturing partners.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with R&D, Manufacturing, Packaging, and Supply Chain for launches and improvements.
• New Product Registration & Compliance: Coordinate documentation and testing for registrations and regulatory compliance globally.
