Thrive Causemetics seeks a Product Development professional focused on color to lead shade extensions from concept to launch, review formulas and shade submissions, and work with packaging, vendors, and internal teams to solve challenges.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in color-focused product development, excellent verbal and written communication, strong organization, and proficiency with SmartSheets, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.

• 5+ years of experience doing Product Development for a color-focused brand.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Meticulous organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with product marketing to align on launches, shade descriptors, and claims.
• Review and evaluate formula and shade submissions with clear feedback to CM for skincare and color.
• Source packaging and pair formulas with the best packaging.
• Work with vendors, CMs, and internal teams to solve development issues.
• Ensure all product briefs have codes, EAN, weight, PAO, IL for artwork routing.
