ODDITY is seeking a motivated Product Development Junior Manager to help bring Brand 4 to life in the beauty and wellness category. The role blends in-office work with on-site lab work, with international travel up to 50% during active shade development projects.

You will lead shade development, manage supplier relationships, and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute product initiatives. A 1–3 year track record in fast-paced roles and strong organizational skills are essential.

  • Provide status updates to senior Brand 4 leadership; escalate issues as needed.
  • Mentor and manage junior team members supporting shade development and approvals.
  • Collaborate with product development, marketing, and technology to support initiatives.
  • Be prepared to jump in wherever priorities shift.

The opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Product Development Junior Manager to join us as we build our fourth brand in the beauty and wellness category 100% in-house. In this role, you will work closely with our leadership team to bring the Brand 4 product line to life. This position is with our complexion team, helping to develop, evaluate, and finalize different products. This role involves two components: in-office work and on-site work at our partnering labs' facilities (please note this entails international travel up to 50%).

What you will do:
  • Lead the end-to-end shade development and approval processes for complexion products, developing a strong intuition for shade match quality and using it to hold the highest bar for our complexion products.
  • Own the relationship with our complexion product suppliers, pushing them to deliver on schedule and with the highest quality products
  • Own the operational process around shade approvals including management of modeling agencies, makeup artists, and suppliers
  • Manage communication to senior Brand 4 leadership on shade dev project status, escalating issues quickly when needed
  • Mentor and manage the day to day of junior team members brought on to support the logistical components of the shade dev / approval process
  • Collaborate with teams across the organization, including product development, marketing, and technology, to support the execution of product initiatives
  • Be prepared to jump in wherever needed when priorities shift
Who you are:
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in a role where you developed strong project or product management skills in a fast paced, high-pressure environment (e.g. banking, consulting, start-up, or other operational roles)
  • Exceptionally organized and strong attention to detail
  • Strong ability to multitask, especially managing multiple high priority projects at once, with the ability to reprioritize quickly as needs change
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a clear focus on generating insights and driving results
  • High level of individual ownership and personal accountability, with a mindset of getting things done
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to manage many different stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity, while also following clear structures and established processes
  • A "doer" and a leader - willing to get hands dirty in execution while maintaining a strategic mindset
  • Must be willing to travel internationally; expect international travel 1-2 weeks per month during active shade development projects, with potential for up to 3 weeks per month at peak times
