Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive compensation or Total Rewards experience across multi-country programs
• Experience leading complex, high-performing teams in compensation governance
• Ability to connect talent choices to business strategy and model costs with Finance and Legal involvement

Responsibilities

• Define global compensation philosophy and governance
• Design scalable pay structures and ranges across U.S. & international markets
• Lead annual compensation cycles including base pay, incentives, and equity programs
• Maintain enterprise-wide policy suite and governance for hiring, promotions, and retention
• Own global job architecture and career-level definitions
• Ensure pay-transparency compliance and reporting across jurisdictions
• Partner with executives and governance bodies to inform decision-making
• Drive pay-equity analytics and remediation planning
