Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive compensation or Total Rewards experience.
• Leadership of complex, multi-country compensation programs.

Responsibilities

• Define the global compensation philosophy and governance across the United States and international markets.
• Own the global job architecture, including job families, career streams, and evaluation standards.
• Lead annual compensation design, budgeting, calibration, and communication with managers and employees.
• Manage total direct compensation coherently with equity, finance, and tax teams.
