Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Leader for Global Compensation in the United States. You will own the worldwide compensation strategy, architecture, and governance, including U.S.

delivery, aligning pay with business strategy and talent priorities across global markets. You will partner with Equity Compensation, Benefits, Finance, Legal, Tax, and HR to design scalable pay structures, drive transparency, and manage annual compensation programs and acquisitions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive compensation or Total Rewards leadership.
• Expertise in compensation philosophy, job architecture, market pricing, salary structures, geographic pay, annual salary and incentive cycles, and program governance.
• Ability to connect talent decisions to business strategy and model cost, workforce, market, equity, compression, and implementation tradeoffs.
• Experience building objective pay-setting frameworks and pay-transparency requirements with Legal and People partners.

Responsibilities

• Define worldwide compensation strategy and governance across U.S. and international markets.
• Establish enterprise standards, decision rights, policy ownership, and approval thresholds.
• Prepare materials for C-suite and governance bodies with clear alternatives and cost/talent/risk tradeoffs.
• Own global job architecture and design scalable pay structures for multiple labor markets.
• Lead annual compensation cycles and ensure alignment with equity strategy and finance.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. and international pay-transparency and reporting requirements.
• Lead pay-equity analytics and remediation planning.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with executive compensation, benefits, tax, finance, and legal.
