The role connects business and talent strategy to global job architecture, salary structures, geographic pay, and annual programs while ensuring pay equity and transparency. The VP will collaborate with Equity, Benefits, Finance, Legal, Tax, Payroll, and People Analytics to drive global compensation programs, capital budgets, and regulatory

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive compensation or Total Rewards experience.
• Experience leading complex multi-country programs and high-performing teams.
• Strong business and financial judgment with ability to link talent decisions to strategy.

Responsibilities

• Define global compensation philosophy and governance across US and international markets.
• Maintain job architecture, ranges, and pay structures to support career clarity and equity.
• Lead annual compensation design, budgeting, calibration, and employee communications.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Tax, Equity, Benefits, and HR to align compensation with strategy.
• Own the global policy suite for hiring, promotions, transfers, and off-cycle adjustments.
• Drive pay-equity analytics, remediation planning, and compliance with regulations.
• Translate changes in work and AI advances into pay implications with cross-functional partners.
