Salesforce seeks a Vice President, Global Compensation to own the worldwide broad-based compensation strategy, architecture, and governance, including U.S. delivery.

• Advanced degree or relevant professional certification welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Define global compensation philosophy and governance for U.S. and international markets.
• Own global job architecture, salary ranges, geographic differentials, and market data protocols.
• Lead annual compensation design, including base pay, bonuses, and equity integration with Finance, Legal, Tax, and Stock Administration.
• Advance pay equity and transparency through analytics, remediation scenarios, and governance with Legal and People partners.
• Model multi-year forecasts, build data standards, and measure program competitiveness and efficiency.
• Lead compensation workstream for M&A, integration, and harmonization across jurisdictions.
• Build and lead a high-performing, diverse global compensation function.
