Job summary

CDW is seeking a Senior Manager of Compensation to lead the design, governance, and administration of global compensation programs, including long/short-term incentives, executive, sales, and base compensation. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 7+ years’ experience in compensation/financial analysis or 11+ years’ experience in compensation/financial analysis.
• 3 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic compensation programs and solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee global merit planning, budgeting, governance, and execution for a multinational workforce.
• Lead, coach, and develop direct reports while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.
