Job summary

Resideo is seeking a Director, Global Compensation to lead the design, governance, and execution of our global compensation programs. This role drives strategy aligned with business goals, market competitiveness, and financial sustainability while partnering with senior leaders to ensure effective pay decisions.

The incumbent will oversee executive, annual incentive, broad-based, and sales compensation programs, benchmark against market data, and modernize job architecture for scalable career

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive compensation experience, including leadership of global programs.
• Deep expertise in compensation strategy, design, governance, and administration.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and data interpretation skills.
• Experience leading global compensation planning processes.
• Experience supporting Compensation Committee activities and executive compensation programs.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership and board-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global compensation strategy in support of company, talent, and business objectives.
• Lead the design, implementation, and administration of executive, annual incentive, broad-based, and sales compensation programs.
• Oversee annual compensation planning processes including merit, bonus, and equity cycles.
• Ensure programs are competitive, financially sustainable, and pay-for-performance oriented.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Payroll, HR Operations, and executive leadership on compensation decisions.
• Educate employees and managers about compensation programs and drive adoption.
