Worldpay in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a senior compensation leader to manage global compensation programs, wage analysis, and budgeting. You will design policies, partner with international HR, and oversee HRIS systems like Oracle/Workday to ensure data integrity.

You will lead projects, create executive communications, and stay current on wage-hour regulations while supporting a robust merit and bonus framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources or a related field is required or equivalent experience.
• CCP designation is preferred and advantageous.
• Seven to ten years of professional compensation experience in large, matrixed organizations.
• Experience managing data in HRIS systems such as Oracle or Workday is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead global compensation projects including wage analysis, policy development and communication.
• Partner with International HR to determine compensation for expatriate assignments.
• Design and execute global HRIS resources related to compensation (Oracle/Workday).
• Manage compensation programs through HRIS with objective setting, performance reviews and merit/bonus processes.
