Job summary

Clearwater Analytics seeks a Senior Global Compensation Lead to shape and govern our worldwide compensation framework. You will own salary structures, bands, and job architecture across regions and partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to ensure competitive, fair, and scalable pay practices.

In this strategic role, you will analyze market data, manage vendor surveys, and help model budgets for merit and incentive programs while driving scalable processes and clear executive reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in compensation analysis, preferably in a global or high-growth technology/financial services company.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of salary structures, pay grades, and compensation bands across regions.
• Manage job architecture, leveling, and job evaluation processes for global consistency and fairness.
• Monitor regulatory and compliance requirements related to compensation.
• Own vendor relationships for market data surveys and tools; conduct regular market analyses.
• Support design and administration of annual merit, bonus, and incentive programs.
