Federated Hermes, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Compensation to lead the design and delivery of global pay programs from our Pittsburgh headquarters.

You will guide salary structures, incentive plans, and pay equity while partnering with senior leaders across HR, Finance, and Legal. The role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and a track record of leading compensation initiatives in a global or financial services setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years compensation experience, including 2+ years leadership.
• Expertise in incentive/equity plan design and compliance.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute global compensation strategy.
• Lead salary structures, job architecture, and incentive programs (bonus, equity, LTI).
• Oversee benchmarking, pay equity analysis, and market positioning.
• Manage annual merit, bonus, and equity cycles.
• Ensure compliance with global regulations (FLSA, SOX, pay transparency).
• Advise leaders and collaborate across HR, Finance, and Legal.
• Lead, coach, and develop a compensation team.
