Job summary

Conga is seeking a Global Compensation Manager in Houston to own and evolve global compensation programs in a fast-paced environment. You will drive salary structure redesign, implement compensation tooling, and lead annual planning and pay-for-performance initiatives across our global workforce.

You will partner with Finance, People Partners, HR Ops, HRIS, IT, Payroll, and leaders, delivering rigorous modeling, equity administration, and clear, data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in compensation roles, preferably SaaS.
• Experience leading end-of-year processes (merit, bonus, equity).
• Experience with global salary structure design and LTIP administration.
• Strong Excel-based budget modeling with data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of US/Canada benefits a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the revamp of global salary structure for market alignment and simplicity.
• Lead implementation of new compensation tool with cross-functional partners.
• Own Annual Compensation Planning and pay-for-performance bonuses.
• Model complex compensation budgets and present findings to executives.
• Administer Long-Term Incentive Plans (LTIP) and prepare Board materials.
• Drive benchmarking with external vendors and synthesize survey data.
• Support compensation communications and talent offers with global scope.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate compensation workflows and modeling.
