Job summary

Shift4 is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Compensation Programs to lead the design, implementation, and governance of global compensation programs. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and business leaders to develop competitive pay structures and incentive programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.

The role oversees annual compensation planning cycles, market benchmarking, and equity design, ensuring consistency, compliance, and scalability across regions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in compensation or total rewards.
• Advanced analytical skills and proficiency with Excel.
• Experience with compensation tools (Radford, Mercer, or Workday Advanced Compensation).

Responsibilities

• Lead design, management, and governance of global compensation programs and incentive structures.
• Oversee annual compensation planning cycles (merit, bonus, equity) with HR Operations and Finance.
• Develop global salary structures and pay bands across regions and job levels.
• Conduct market analyses using global compensation surveys to align with target market positioning.
• Drive compensation governance, policy development, and compliance across regions.
