Conga is seeking an HR Business Partner to drive people strategies in a fast-growing environment in Houston. You will support headcount planning, employee relations, and manage the full HR lifecycle, partnering with managers to align people initiatives with business goals.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, and Compliance, while ensuring legal compliance and a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in HR business partner and/or HR generalist roles.
• Knowledge of federal and state labor laws.
• Versatile HR professional who thrives in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient with HRIS; experience with Workday preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Employee advocate, business advisor and organizational champion.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational objectives and workforce plans.
• Support key talent processes including workforce planning, performance management, succession planning, compensation planning, and employee development.
• Coach managers on employee relations, team dynamics, organizational design, and talent management best practices.
• Collaborate with Finance & Talent Acquisition to support hiring plans and growth initiatives.
• Analyze people data and trends to identify opportunities and risks, providing actionable recommendations.
• Lead employee relations activities to ensure fair, compliant resolution of workplace concerns.
• Support organizational change initiatives and evolving workforce needs.
• Champion employee engagement and culture improvements.
• Collaborate across HR functions to deliver integrated people solutions.
