Qualifications

• Academic and professional success evidenced by track record.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Manage compensation and stock processing and support for staff located internationally.
• Analyze country-specific considerations for compensation programs.
• Assume domestic compensation and stock projects as needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and executives to identify and implement solutions.
