Willingness to relocate to the Madison, WI area is required, with relocation assistance provided. The ideal candidate combines process improvement skills with strong communication, accuracy, and the ability to translate complex topics into clear actions

Qualifications

Experience managing compensation and stock programs
Ability to analyze country-specific considerations and regulatory requirements
Strong communication and collaboration with executives and stakeholders
Self-motivated with high attention to detail and accuracy
Relocation to Madison, WI area and willingness to work on campus

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize our international compensation programs and stock processing
Collaborate with leaders and executives to implement creative solutions
Coordinate domestic and international compensation projects as needed
Support staff located internationally with accurate and timely compensation data
Analyze country-specific considerations to ensure compliant programs
