Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Compensation Partner for Global Support Functions (GSFs) to serve as the primary rewards advisor to HR and business leaders across software engineering, data science, legal, and finance.

You will design pay strategies, lead market benchmarking, interpret compensation policies, and collaborate with global teams, balancing data analysis with strategic impact, while navigating a hybrid work environment with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or in progress).
• 8+ years in progressive compensation roles with expertise in job evaluation, market pricing, pay structures, and global compensation practices.
• Experience advising senior leaders.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, HR systems (e.g., Workday), and AI-enabled tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
