Job summary

Lyten, Inc. seeks a Compensation Partner to evolve and scale our global compensation program as we grow from ~650 to 1,500+ employees worldwide, focusing on US and Europe. You will drive benchmarking, job architecture, salary structure maintenance, and variable pay modeling with data-driven recommendations.

You will partner with HRBP, Finance, and TA to operationalize compensation workflows, governance, and equity programs while ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of progressive compensation or total rewards in a global tech environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience with multi-country compensation structures (US and Europe).
• Experience using market survey tools (Radford/Aon).
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills.
• HRIS compensation modules experience; Workday preferred.
• Solid foundation in job evaluation, leveling, and salary banding.
• Strong interpersonal and advisory skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assess current compensation structures, benchmarking methods, processes, and systems.
• Design and execute a compensation roadmap to support international expansion.
• Enhance compensation systems, data integrity, reporting, and workflow integrations.
• Refine and operationalize the global compensation philosophy across markets.
• Lead market pricing and compensation modeling for US and Europe.
• Create self-service tools and decision frameworks for recruiters and HRBPs.
• Model OTE, base/variable mix, and payout curves for market competitiveness.
