Job summary

Owner.com is hiring a Global Compensation leader to design and scale our compensation and equity programs. You will partner with Finance, Talent, and senior leaders to attract, retain, and reward talent across North and South America.

You will own total compensation frameworks, salary structures, career levels, and equity policy, driving competitive, scalable solutions in a high-growth remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in compensation or total rewards.
• Deep expertise in compensation program design and administration.
• Experience managing equity compensation programs.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement global compensation programs across countries.
• Lead market benchmarking and analysis for pay practices.
• Oversee equity strategy, grants, vesting, and communications.
• Coordinate annual compensation planning and budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
