Job summary

DigitalOcean is seeking a Compensation Partner to help shape our pay structures and model ranges across a global organization. You will partner with Talent Acquisition and HR to advise on offers and maintain external competitiveness using MarketPay.

You will develop complex financial models, analyze data, and lead annual and mid-year compensation cycles while ensuring internal equity and regulatory alignment across regions. This role is remote and offers growth in Total Rewards.

Qualifications

• Experience partnering with Talent Acquisition on offers and advising HR Partners on compensation matters.
• Expert-level data analysis and quantitative modeling using spreadsheets.
• Direct involvement in end-to-end annual compensation planning cycles.
• Experience supporting global compensation programs across multiple regions.
• Strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills for sensitive pay discussions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Talent Acquisition and People Partners on offers and guidance below Director level.
• Maintain MarketPay benchmarking tools and compensation ranges for external competitiveness.
• Build complex financial models and analyze data for salary range refreshes.
• Conduct ongoing internal equity audits to identify pay disparities.
• Program manage annual and mid-year compensation cycles for merit and equity adjustments.
• Evaluate job descriptions against benchmark data to align with market structures.
• Monitor global compensation trends and regulatory requirements to stay compliant.
