• Partner with Talent Acquisition and People Business Partners on offers and compensation guidance below Director level.
• Maintain MarketPay benchmarking tools and compensation ranges for external competitiveness.
• Build complex financial models and analyze data for salary range refreshes.
• Conduct ongoing internal equity audits across teams and regions.
• Program manage annual and mid-year compensation cycles for merit and equity adjustments.
• Evaluate job descriptions against benchmark data to align with market structures.
• Monitor global compensation trends and regulatory requirements.
