Job summary

Seismic, a go-to-market performance company headquartered in San Diego, seeks a Senior Global Compensation Partner to own the global merit cycle and advise leadership on complex pay questions across NA, Europe and APAC. You will coordinate with HRBP, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to implement competitive pay programs and calibrate outcomes.

You will use frontier AI models to price jobs, model program changes, and streamline workflows for 1,700 employees, while ensuring equity,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of compensation experience in SaaS or tech.
• Experience running an annual merit cycle end to end.
• Global benchmarking, job pricing and salary structures across multiple countries.
• Advising HR Partners, Talent Partners and business leaders on pay decisions.
• Experience with equity compensation programs.
• Frontier AI models experience is a plus.
• Advanced Excel and modeling skills; Python/SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of the global annual merit cycle from start to finish.
• Partner with HR Business Partners on organization changes and promotions.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on offers and pay ranges.
• Lead global benchmarking and job pricing across eight countries.
• Lead critical role analysis and pay investments.
• Support equity programs from modeling through rollout.
• Build with frontier AI models to scale workflows.
• Apply first-principles thinking to complex pay problems.
