Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
3+ years experience in compensation/Total Rewards/HR analytics.
Experience supporting compensation benchmarking, market pricing, and salary structure development.
Experience in global organizations preferred.
Exposure to global mobility programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design and analyze global compensation programs using market data and surveys.
Develop and maintain global salary structures, pay ranges, and models.
Analyze competitiveness and provide recommendations aligned with compensation philosophy.
Collaborate with HR Partners and Talent Acquisition on compensation for hires, promotions, transfers, and organizational changes.
Support admin of global mobility program and coordination with third-party providers.
Develop dashboards and analyses to inform leadership decisions and improve processes.
