Job summary

Holland & Knight LLP in Tampa, FL is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support the firm’s compensation strategy across domestic and international offices. The role collaborates with HR leadership to ensure internal equity and competitive practices, with responsibilities spanning data analysis, benchmarking, and process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years in compensation or HR analytics, a bachelor’s degree, and familiarity with Workday and Payfactors.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, or related HR function (law firm experience is a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Support the administration of compensation processes, including annual increases and bonus cycles for non-partner, paralegal, and staff.
  • Review salary and bonus recommendations by preparing data and analyses.
  • Conduct market research and analyze compensation data for pay recommendations.
  • Maintain compensation data in the Payfactors tool and ensure accurate benchmarking.
  • Assist in benchmarking and budgeting data collection and reporting.
  • Support HR team with data requests and reporting.
