Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a U.S.-based senior leader to own the worldwide broad-based compensation strategy, architecture, and governance, including U.S. delivery.

This role partners across Executive & Equity Compensation, Global Benefits, Finance, Legal, Tax, Payroll, and People Analytics to align business and talent strategies with global pay practices. The Vice President, Global Compensation will drive the global job architecture, salary structures, and performance-based pay programs, while

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive compensation or Total Rewards experience, including leadership of complex, multi-country programs and high-performing teams.
Deep expertise in compensation philosophy, job architecture, market pricing, salary structures, and governance.
Experience building objective pay-setting frameworks and pay-transparency programs with Legal and People partners.

Responsibilities

Define global compensation philosophy and governance for Salesforce across U.S. and international markets.
Own global job architecture, salary ranges, geographic differentials, and renewal cadences.
Lead annual compensation design, reporting, budgets, and communications with executives and stakeholders.
Manage pay equity analytics, remediation planning, and integration of compensation during acquisitions.
