Job summary

You will partner with Equity, Benefits, Finance, Legal, and Talent to design pay structures, equity alignment, and transparency across markets. This leadership role directs global programs, analytics, and performance metrics while guiding acquisitions and compliance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive compensation or Total Rewards leadership, including multi-country programs.
• Experience leading global compensation strategy and governance.
• Ability to connect talent strategy to pay, with strong analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own worldwide design and governance of salary, bonus, and equity programs.
• Lead global compensation architecture, job architecture, and pay structures.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Tax, Payroll, Equity, Benefits, and People Analytics.
