Job summary

WP Engine seeks a visionary Principal Global Compensation Manager to lead the design and evolution of global compensation programs. You will guide pay philosophy, equity and bonus structures, and global job architecture while partnering with executives and business leaders.

You will translate business goals into competitive pay frameworks, model complex data, and drive pay transparency across distributed teams using advanced Workday capabilities and AI-enhanced workflows.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of compensation experience in high-tech/SaaS industries.
• Hands-on configuration experience with Workday Advanced Compensation.
• Strong knowledge of global compensation structures and regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evolve, and lead global cash, bonus, and equity compensation strategies.
• Design global pay transparency readiness in line with laws and regulations.
• Oversee annual global merit, promotion, and equity cycles within Workday.
