Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex compensation program administration and consulting activities
• Support job architecture design, job evaluation, and grading initiatives
• Conduct salary market benchmarking and compensation analyses
• Review compensation actions for alignment with company policies and compensation philosophy
• Support incentive compensation and bonus program design and administration
• Participate in pay equity studies, organizational structure changes, and special compensation projects
• Perform job audits, job description development, survey analysis, and compensation data validation
