Tenstorrent is seeking a Staff Compensation Analyst to own global total rewards processes in a fully remote, North America–based role. You will lead compensation and equity review cycles, build data foundations, and translate complex analytics into actionable leadership recommendations.

The role requires 5+ years in global compensation analysis, strong Excel/Google Sheets modeling, and experience with multi-country salary structures and equity vehicles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of global compensation analysis or equivalent analytical experience.
• End-to-end ownership of at least one full compensation cycle.
• Experience with multi-country, multi-currency salary structures and equity vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Own the global compensation calendar and cycles for offers and equity decisions.
• Audit historical records and clean data to build a trusted compensation foundation.
• Deliver benchmarking, budgeting, and dilution analysis for leadership decisions.
